Pros:
Well written, easy to understand with lots techniques and a slew of stress relieving strategies. The workbook comes with instant access to several different stress resources and guides prepared by the author that make it quite a bargain.

Cons:
Only available in electronic format as of this review. (But the workbook is easy to printout if you want a physical copy!)

Recommendation:
We all know (all too well) how stress can dramatically affect our appearance. Younger looking skin and that natural vibrant beauty can be adversely affected by prolonged stress.

Many scientific studies confirm a direct correlation between beauty, aging skin, stress and health. Even cells beneath the
surface of the skin can be effected by losing their elasticity which results in that drawn, haggard, sagging look. (Not pretty at all!)

Of course, we all know that sleepless nights produce those dark, puffy raccoon under eyes with every fine line deepening into prominent wrinkles so that all those worry lines take center stage. Others experience massive outbreaks of acne or other skin conditions.

For those experiencing stress (and I would guess that would be most of us at one time or other), I highly recommend this workbook.

The Stress Management Workbook provides solid guidance and practical strategies in restoring balance to our everyday lives by demonstrating how to not only accurately identify and manage stress triggers but also provides the techniques and strategies to effectively reduce the stress caused by those triggers.
