Natural Cleanser for Sensitive and Acne-Prone Skin

I make a natural facial cleanser recipe for sensitive and acne-prone skin that I have used for several years.

It smells heavenly and does a great job keeping my skin clear of acne while keeping it soft and smooth.

First. . .

Take a bunch of fresh mint leaves (about a half a cup) and put them in your food processor or blender.

Then. . .

Add a generous dollop of plain yogurt

Nest. . .

Add several plain generic aspirin, (the cheapest you can find). The aspirin is a natural form of salicylic acid that naturally exfoliates the skin.

Finally. . .

Blend until creamy and smooth

Use the cleanser to wash your face every night. Refrigerate unused portion which will last several days.

It is really a quick, easy, and wonderfully effective cleanser for both sensitive and acne-prone skin types.

Enjoy!
