Don’t you just hate that puffy face that can happen when you wake up in the morning after a night on the town?


The very best beauty tip I have ever learned is to apply a cold face cloth over the entire face for five minutes.

It works like magic!


Another tip is to grab an extra pillow so that you sleep with your head elevated as far as you can. That way fluid doesn’t collect in the under eye or cheek areas and your face won’t be so puffy in the morning.

We should avoid heavy makeup during summer season. Putty face issues are a major problem for woman. Creams and lotions can prevent it to a limit but we need to provide some extra care to the skin. Applying ice is a good remedy.

A bloated, puffy case can occur by drinking too much alcohol.

Try having a glass of water or chew on some ice cubes in between drinks to minimize that swollen face in the morning.

Using ice cubes wrapped up in a hand towel works really well too.
