Reducing Puffy Eyes and Puffiness Under Eyes

What works best in reducing puffy eyes and that awful puffiness under eyes? I do use cold compresses every morning which work a bit but I would like to just get rid of them altogether! I hate them! They make me look old, tired and haggard.

One product says, "Eye Revolution Gel dramatically reduces dark circles under eyes, shrink puffy bags, and lift wrinkles with Matrixyl, Haloxyl, Eyeliss, Stem Cells". It sounds too good to be true so I'm curious to know if anyone has used this or not. If so, have you seen results?

I know that Matrixyl and Haloxyl are considered good anti-aging ingredients. Stem cells are a rather new rejuvenation ingredient aren't they?

I have also researched Eyeliss a bit and many sites rave about it. Supposedly it is specially formulated for reducing puffy eyes.

Eyeliss has the following active ingredients: "Hesperidin Methyl Chalcone, Depeptide Valyl-Tryptophane, and Lipopeptide Pal-GQPR which are formulated to work together to shrink the puffiness under eyes." (I've never heard of any of those ingredients so I don't have a clue whether they will work or not.)

Sue, Do you have information on this? Can you do one of your product reviews of the Eye Revolution Gel in one of the newsletters? (Like the next one because I would love to start using something, anything that will work on reducing puffy eyes and my puffiness under the eyes.)
