Hi Sue,

Thanks for your excellent site and all the helpful information. I believe that you cover all aspects of skin care, and I appreciate it.

I have tried to turn to natural products because of all the chemicals which are found in "over-the-shelf-products" and the effects they were having on me.

I found a wonderful shop here in Cuenca, Ecuador, which sells everything you could wish to make your own natural skin care products. If you give them a recipe, they will make it up for you. So I am blessed.

We are in a mild winter season at the moment so the skin on my arms and legs are very dry. They also have age marks, so an effective, natural skin care product would be much appreciated.

Have you tried shea butter or natural coconut oil? Both are great moisturizers that have lots of natural nutrients for the skin.

All natural nut oils are also very good for dry, sensitive skin. But don't use them if you are allergic to nuts! Stick with the shea butter or coconut oil.
