Make-at-Home Aging Skin Recipes

I'd like to learn anything to help apparently-menopause-related eye bags (never had them before), broken facial capillaries and age spots.

I have found several make-at-home aging skin recipes that really work well but I would like to learn more.

My best skin exfoliator: Use coffee grounds with your soap or shower gel(I use organic coffee).

It keeps quite awhile stored in the refrigerator. Makes an awful mess in the shower, but rinses right off, and makes skin feel absolutely wonderful. I do this every several days from neck to toes (not on my face).

Does anyone else have other aging skin recipes that they find work especially well?

Homemade Skin Care Recipes
by: Katchia

I've used many of the anti-aging recipes on this site, you'll find them all on the Natural Skin Care button on the nav bar.

I've been experimenting as well with my own concoctions. (I cheated a little bit by getting Sue's book, Naturally Skinsational, which is full of great recipes and has a very extensive glossary on the properties of natural ingredients.)

My favorite ingredient so far is organic coconut oil. Love it as a simple natural moisturizer!

I've been using frozen green tea bags for the puffiness under the eyes made from a recipe in the book which has helped reduce the swelling. I do this every morning without fail now.

I've also been using vitamin K (it's very cheap at WalMart and CVS), for dark circles.
