Are Skin Care Brands Really that Different?

Is there a big difference in skin care brands? It is really confusing trying to pick out the right product. I've been looking for a night cream that has as many anti-aging skin care ingredients in it as possible so I don't have to have so many different skin care products.

I'm such a sucker for a pretty bottle or a good ad too so I end up with far more skin care brands that anyone could possibly ever use.

Any ideas or recommendations on just one night moisturizer that would address a range of facial rejuvenation issues?
