Jack Lalanne Facial Exercise

Thanks for the informative article in your Jan. ezine. I'm weighing in on the "no" side of facial exercise.

My rationale is: take a look at Jack Lalanne.

My mother used to watch his show faithfully. I remember all his facial gyrations. He is pretty wrinkled (granted, he is in his 90's).

Hmmm...can we connect the dots? Maybe.

I personally think how many wrinkles an older face has depends on the care given over a lifetime, and maybe more significant, the genes we inherited. My mother is 88 and still has smooth, almost wrinkle-less skin. I'm hoping I inherited her skin.

Yeah even my mom, although she isn't in her 8o's but she is in her 60's but still she looks like, she is in her 40's.Even people get confused when I say introduce them with my mom.

They think shes my sister. At some point I feel embarrassed but at the same time I feel proud for my mother. She truly have a great skin.I wish even I could have inherited the same.
