Microdermabrasion
Face Cloth
An Effective Home
Micro-Peel
The
microdermabrasion cloth is a specially formulated fabric
consisting of micro fibers.
The micropeel
cloth, as it is commonly referred to, gently exfoliates the skin, removing the dead
skin cells on the surface of the skin to encourage skin cell renewal.
Once the old, dead skin cells are scrubbed away new fresh skin is revealed.
The theory behind the micropeel cloth is similar
to applying a
gentle, fine grit of sand paper to the skin.
The
micro-abrasives imbedded in the face cloth work to rub off the outer
most layer of
old, damaged skin cells on the surface of the skin.
The removal of dead
skin cells leaves the skin with a rosy, healthy glow. Micropeel Cloths do all the
exfoliation without the need for mechanical scrubs or chemical
exfoliation products.
Limit the use of abrasives
on your skin to a
few times a week.
It is important to give your skin a rest
every four to five weeks to allow the skin cells to recover their
ability to renew themselves. Common sense should win out because you
are striving for healthy, glowing, younger looking skin ~ not red, raw
and sore skin!
The utilization of a microdermabrasion cloth boasts
claims of stimulating collagen and elastin to
encourage smoother and firmer skin.
There isn't any independent clinical evidence that
supports
any of these claims made by the retailers but the micro peel cloths
certainly "feel" like they offer a deep exfoliation treatment!
Although, any form of microdermabrasion is an
effective
strategy in any anti-aging skin care regime and is well known to
produce significant successful results in skin rejuvenation.
However, at least this skin care accessory is a
relatively
inexpensive one if you wish to include it in your skin care
regime.
